We are a full service turn-key stair building company. With a combined 60+ years experience, Joe H and J Trent Vines are two of the premier stair builders in the state of Alabama and we pride ourselves on the perfection and professionalism of our work. We treat each of our clients homes as if they were our own. We do work all over the country and we install everything that has to do with stairs, whether it be a few steps for a homeowner, a straight or curved staircase for a builder, or commercial, we work long hours, supply our own top quality stair parts, which we have a fully stocked warehouse of which we carry all standard stair parts and wrought iron. We are able to custom make or order anything in any size no matter how large or small the job is. We are reasonably priced and we save our customers the headache of hiring a supplier and a carpenter plus the time it takes to order and deliver and if anything is wrong there is additional waiting . We supply our own parts because stairs are all we do and we know what it takes to get a job done properly, and in a timely manner. Our parts and workmanship come with a lifetime limited warranty. We are also a longstanding member of the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders and have won multiple Gold and Silver awards for “exceptional trim and stair packages” in the Parade of Homes as well as our appearance on the former series, “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.” We installed the freestanding radius staircase and balconies at the home built in Montgomery, Alabama in Season 8. We do all phases of construction, including: new homes, remodeling, additions, as well as commercial stairs. We installed all 3 levels of staircases inside the Maynard, Cooper, and Gale law firm on the upper floors of Harbert Plaza in downtown Birmingham.. We also do additional finish carpentry as needed.
